You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to register or play. Give accurate eligibility information, accept these terms and read the Privacy Notice. Do not allow a minor to use your account.
Your account
Use one personal account, a working email address and a private password. You are responsible for activity you authorise. Tell Support promptly if you think someone has accessed your account. Email confirmation is not required to open an eligible account.
Play Credits and entertainment
Play Credits are fictional units for this service only. They are free, have no monetary value, cannot be purchased or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes of value. Nothing in the service promises income, financial benefit or success elsewhere.
Fair use
Do not automate play, exploit errors, evade restrictions, harass others, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict an account where necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service or enforce these terms. Report suspected errors rather than repeatedly using them.
Creative materials
The service’s original artwork, characters, text and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the service for personal entertainment; this does not grant permission to redistribute its materials or impersonate the brand.
Availability and changes
Features may change and access may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. Keep a record of any support reference. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular game result; account-control restrictions continue during interruptions.
Responsibility and your rights
Use the service reasonably and take care of your devices and account credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
Closing an account or raising a concern
Contact Support for account closure, privacy requests or a concern about these terms. A request should identify the issue and a safe reply address. Account restrictions do not remove your ability to ask for assistance. Material terms changes will be identified before they apply to continued use.
